Traditional Grass-Fed Preparation
Our Premium Organic Desi Ghee is prepared using the ancient hand-churning methods (Bilona). We collect fresh milk daily from livestock fed on natural pasture grasses in the Multan division. The cream is cultured into yogurt, churned into butter, and slow-cooked in traditional vessels over wood fire.
This slow-clarification process caramelizes the milk solids, imparting a rich, nutty flavor, granular texture (daanedaar), and a beautiful golden yellow color. Desi Ghee is rich in fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K) and butyric acid which supports gut health and digestive strength.
