1. Scope & Territories
ARB Farms delivers agricultural seeds, organic foods, and feed products nationwide across Pakistan. We utilize specialized third-party logistics agents (TCS, Leopards, and Trax Courier) to fulfill all domestic orders.
2. Dairy Shipment Restriction (Multan Only)
Due to strict refrigeration and shelf-life requirements, fresh pasteurized items listed under our Dairy catalog (specifically Cow Milk, Buffalo Milk, and Goat Milk) are eligible for delivery **exclusively within the municipal boundaries of Multan city**. Checkout operations attempting to schedule fresh dairy delivery outside Multan will be automatically restricted.
3. Weight-Based Shipping Tiers
To maintain fair pricing across agricultural feed shipments, grains, and small organic product packages, shipping charges are calculated dynamically. Wheat products have a custom shipping rate structure due to bulk packaging requirements:

4. Delivery Timelines
Standard delivery cycles depend on regional zones:
- Punjab & Federal: 2 to 3 business days.
- Sindh, KPK, & Balochistan: 3 to 5 business days.
5. 50% Advance 50% After Delivery
Orders require a 50% advance payment via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer, with the remaining 50% paid upon delivery. Customers must prepare the remaining 50% physical cash ready to hand over to the courier representative at the time of delivery.
