Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy ARB Farm
Welcome to ARB Farms. We are committed to providing you with the highest quality organic seeds, dairy, honey, and natural products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of many of our products, our return policy varies depending on the product category:
- Perishable Goods (Milk, Desi Ghee, Pickles, Honey, etc.): For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, perishable food items cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered, unless you received a damaged, tampered, or incorrect item.
- Non-Perishable Goods (Seeds, Grains, etc.): Organic seeds and grains can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, sealed, and in the exact same condition and original packaging that you received it.
- Cattles & Livestock: Sales of livestock are considered final and are subject to separate terms and agreements provided at the time of purchase.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please notify us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery). We will arrange for an exchange or a full refund. Please include photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect item when you contact us.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

- Provide your Order ID, proof of purchase, and the reason for the return.
- If approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or via bank transfer/mobile wallet (e.g., JazzCash, EasyPaisa) within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or wrong item).
5. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our farm. Once the order has been handed over to the courier or delivery team, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to our standard return policy.
