  • For perishable items (Milk, Ghee), we prioritize expedited shipping to maintain freshness. ARB Farms is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Livestock Sales Specifics

  • All livestock sales are subject to specific health certifications as required by local law.
  • Once a physical transfer of livestock has occurred and the customer has inspected the animal, ARB Farms is generally not liable for the animal’s health unless otherwise agreed upon in a written contract at the time of sale.
